Alexandra Cox


Bio

Alexandra Cox is a Doctoral candidate in Criminology at the University of Cambridge. Her research is about young people’s experiences of punishment and social control. She previously worked for the Drug Policy Alliance and the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem. She has been awarded a Soros Justice Advocacy Fellowship in 2010 to do work in New York’s juvenile facilities.
